The secret to our vanilla-rich extracts’ increased flavor density and robustness is that we use only “top shelf” alcohol and 20 ounces of whole, pristine, Grade A/TK vanilla beans from Madagascar per gallon. This gives you 50% more vanilla per gallon than the FDA requires at 13.35oz.

Furthermore, we exclusively perform the extraction process using a handmade and entirely passive methodology (non-heated, non-pressurized, nor percolated). As a result, the beans never experience molecular acceleration by the mass production suppliers, and the bottle of extract you buy contains all of the taste ingredients present in the beans when they were harvested from Madagascar. To put it simply, we guarantee that the vanilla extract you will receive from us is the best possible because we use the best beans, alcohol solvents, and methodology.
